David Levy To Serve As Senior Advisor To The Raine Group

The Raine Group hired media veteran DAVID LEVY as a senior advisor to identify investment and advisory opportunities in sports, media and tech. He will be based in N.Y. Levy ended his 32-year career at Turner last March, following regulatory approval of AT&T’s purchase of Time Warner. He spent two months as the Nets CEO last fall, leaving in November in what both sides described as a mutual decision. The Raine Group is a merchant bank that has investments in DraftKings, Beachbody, Thrill One Entertainment and Reigning Champs. It has advised FIFA on the Club World Cup, Endeavor on its acquisition of On Location Experiences and Manchester City on raising $500M from Silver Lake. The Raine Group also has been associated with the upstart Premier Golf League.
